Whether you simply need occasional assistance or require comprehensive medication management, our Care Coordinator will take the time to learn about you, your family, and your health goals before recommending the membership that best fits your needs.

Memberships currently range from $49 per month to $899 per month, allowing patients to choose the level of concierge service that is right for them. Our membership programs are designed to provide personalized pharmacist-led care that goes well beyond traditional dispensing, including medication management, consultations, coordination of care, delivery options, and ongoing support tailored to each member’s unique situation.
